On XX/XX/2023 I initiated a payment from my bank to First National Bank of Omaha for the amount of {$880.00} To this day I have not received credit for this payment that shows as paid by my bank that sent the funds. I have talked to FNBO several times and have faxed the information to them to the number given and they claim they never received it. Each time they say it takes 7-10 business days to process. They refuse to expedite the request and refuse allowing me to talk to anyone in the proper department but I only can speak to a general representative other or those that claim to be leads or managers. I understand what caused the problem yet explaining it gets me nowhere. When I usually make payments I initiate FNBO to withdraw on my bank. For this payment I set it up for my bank to transfer payment to FNBO. A few years ago I lost my card and they sent a new one and of course changed the account number. I obviously forgot to change my FNBO account number with my bank so the payment went to an old account number. I have provided them with the old and new account number that it should go to yet they are doing nothing to resolve the matter. This is now the XXXX business day this has been going on. This is simply unacceptable. I made another payment of {$900.00} just to avoid interest charges and having to go through this again with a bank that provides no resolution for issues.
