PNC Bank sent multiple notifications via USPS stating they were closing multiple accounts, where my name was listed, by XX/XX/XXXX. Two of these accounts are long established business accounts ( opened since 2007 ), while the other two are personal/family members accounts that have been open for at least 20 years. We have reached out to PNC Bank several times both to our local branch and via the toll-free number provided in the letters. All individuals I spoke with stated they were unable to or unwilling to provide any information to the accounts closing. They were also unable to direct us to anyone who could give us any reason for the accounts closing. The combined total in the accounts is approximately {$130000.00}. There have been no unusual transactions made in any of these accounts. The type of account activity has pretty much remained the same since they were opened. Please advise what you can do as I would like a detailed explanation for the decision to abruptly close my accounts. Please note the only contact between the bank and myself was via these generic letters with no personal contact information supplied.
