I have had pristine credit my entire life. Why I can't get a perfect credit was beyond me -- until I started researching how they score. I've paid off my house and cars and owe no debt. I have just a few credit cards I use and pay off every single month. Since doing this, my credit score has gone DOWN. XXXX? This is what's wrong with our country. It encourages debt. You can bet your sweet XXXX that it'll take a heck of lot longer for my score to go back up than it did for them to hit it XXXX points because I made a large purchase on a credit card ( so I could get the points ) and immediately paid it off!
