RMP which is not clearly licensed in California and operates from Ohio is trying to collect a 2.7 % surcharge on a service at XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am assuming this debt is for my child since I personally have never been to XXXX XXXX XXXX and RMP has been unable to prove that I have been -- just a bill in my name with my insurance ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). In their statements they note that they accept assignment and that they have been paid {$140000.00} but that they absolutely need another {$38.00} on top of that, or they will continue harassing me and ruin my credit. Huge claims for a debt that I did not incur and for which they have already been paid {$1400.00} which is 97.3 % of what they claim is " owed. ''
