I found this GENESIS CARD SVCS company on my credit report with 2 different cards. A destiny y and indigo. I have never heard of this company until now. I contacted them and made them fully aware of the situation and that I never authorized any accounts under my social to be opened with them. As well as I never lived at whatever address they have listed. I spoke to 2 managers in which one of them stated to me the former rep never properly marked it as fraud. They said she just closed it and did nothing. Else so he proceeded to properly file the accounts. This is not okay and I should not have to go back n forth with this company about this when I have other accounts also that have been fraudulently opened under my social due to the XXXX and XXXX date breach my info is on the dark web. All other company have promptly taken action to correction this plaguing problem. But GENESIS is still giving me the rub around. REMOVE ME FROM YOUR SYSTEM and DELETE THESE ACCOUNTS OFF MY CREDIT REPORT IMMEDIATELY! You are damaging my livelihood with FRAUD!
