I want to make it very clear that I am complaining that this company falsely reported the wrong origination of debt date - not the wrong amount of the debt. That option was not offered to me and I felt that this was the closet one. Sierra Outsourcing Solutions ( Collection Service of Nevada ) has falsely represented to the credit reporting agencies that a debt in their possession originated in XX/XX/XXXX. I requested back-up records for balance from them and was provided with an invoice proving the debt originated in XX/XX/XXXX. They have no records of a debt from XXXX. Per Nevada law, this item is past the statute of limitations and should not be on my credit record.
