Even though we submitted signed documentary proof that a former XXXX XXXX client XXXX XXXX lied to PayPal and their bank that their credit card was " duplicate charged, '' thus initiating a fraudulent credit card charge back, as opposed to the truth which was that she was first refunded because XXXX would not release our money for many weeks thus delaying her emergency XXXX XXXX required, before making a second charge on her own, PayPal is still refusing to release our {$5000.00} money, which is negatively affecting our ability to pay our employees, our office rent, insurance, and other day to day operations of our XXXX XXXX.
