I originally filed a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding this debt, and figured it had been resolved. I now received a letter from another collection agency on XX/XX/2023 for this same debt. this company is named JP Services. I had contacted the hospital when received the original collection letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, as well as an itemized bill. they received all payments, it's just how the hospital applied such payments. I have written the hospital again, as well as emailed the billing department regarding this debt. It is not owed, the hospital knows this, but refuses to rectify the billing error, and or contact their outside agencies that this bill is paid.
