I have been trying to work with the company regarding this account being on my report that was opened fraudulently WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. I am a victim of identity theft! It has been over 45 days since I mailed a letter asking for proof of ownership showing my written signature and consent to open this account and NOTHING has been resolved nor sent back to me!!! Reporting Agencies can not furnish accounts WITHOUT my WRITTEN consent! Please block and remove these collections and accounts from my credit report, Pursuant to Section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and send the required notifications to the furnishes of this information.
