I told XXXX, Transunion and XXXX I looked at my consumer report and I noticed errors with my personal information : As far as I know by the laws and regulations, any and all others are inaccurate and/or outdated information must be deleted immediately from my consumer report as they are not reportable as per the FCRA since they are inaccurate Im entitled to monetary compensation under FCRA 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 - 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( c ) ( 1 ) ( A ) ( B ) ( i ) ( 3 ) FURNISHING reports in connection and It is in violation of Metro 2 Compliance. I did not initiate any of these inquires furthermore if you feel like I did please send me copies of my written signature giving consent to this matter please. The items below should all be removed from my consumer report under 15 US Code 1681 ( c ) ( 1 ) ( A ) ( B ) ( i ) ( 3 ).
