I opened an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for a credit card on XX/XX/XXXX this account was paid in full and closed on XX/XX/XXXX. It was closed in good standing with a balance owed of {$0.00} On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX reported this credit card account ( # XXXX ) as XXXX days past due with a balance due of {$0.00} I contacted XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and was told to file a dispute with them via docusign. I did so and received a letter stating they can not find this account in their system. I received 2 letters stating this last week. Today, XX/XX/XXXX I have spent 2 hours being transferred with representatives at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they still say they can not resolve and/or find this account. The account is showing derogatory and delinquent on my credit report.
