I have submitted more disputes than I could count on one hand with Experian credit bureau over the past two months regarding incorrect reporting on my credit report from a company named XXXX XXXX. Experian is clearly not looking at the documents I'm sending them that prove that XXXX XXXX is falsely reporting on my credit report. I sent EXPERIAN payment history from XXXX XXXX themselves that shows they have been paid on time, transaction history from XXXX XXXX that shows XXXX XXXX has and is getting paid on time, and copies of my credit report from all three credit bureaus that clearly show that XXXX XXXX has reporting issues. For example, they're reporting to XXXX credit bureau that I've been late paying them for one month, and to the EXPERIAN and XXXX credit bureaus for six months. Experian really needs to take a hard look at what I'm sending as proof that XXXX XXXX is totally incompetent and falsely reporting on my credit report. Bottom line up front : XXXX XXXX has been getting paid on time every time via my XXXX XXXX card, set on automatic, and recurring payment with zero issues since they took over for the previous company, XXXX. You tell me how a payment can be late if it's set to automatic reoccurring payments. If someone would just get off their behind and call XXXX XXXX, this could all be resolved. Experian is simply passing what I have to say XXXX XXXX and they are simply replying that they are responding correctly, and that's not correct. Experian needs to verify that this is correct and not just accept what they have to say. All I'm asking for is that Experian take the time to look at my documents, and they will see that XXXXXXXX XXXX is wrong. Please call XXXX XXXX to verify that the payment was setup for reoccurring and automatic payment ; therefore, the payment was and has never been late. If the payment was ever late, it was because XXXX XXXX didn't do their job and initiate the payment on time. Please clear this inaccurate and false reporting from my credit report. This is not okay.
