We went into forbearance with covid relief in XXXX due to loss of income due to the pandemic. We work with XXXX XXXX XXXX in the home and were unable to have steady income due to the pandemic. We have 7 children and this was a lifeline during a very difficult time. Since coming out of forbearance we have attempted to modify the loan multiple times, each time being denied with no reason. We started applying in XXXX of XXXX. We have attempted multiple times since that time. We have also been receiving calls saying our home is on the market for foreclosure but have never received a notice of sale or sale date or any other type of information from Mr. Cooper or any other company. We also can not make any payments with Mr. Cooper unless we pay the full amount due from the forbearance. They have not been clear on any ways to avoid foreclosure, other than modification, however they continue to deny the modification with no reason.
