On XX/XX/2023 I disputed unauthorized transactions that were made on my account I sent in documentation that was needed. And while I was awaiting my dispute status they permanently closed my account with my funds and would not release them. They wanted to put me on a 180 day hold before I was able to get an answer if I was able to get my funds out of my account and they then closed the case
