Phone bill with XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/22. For month long trip to XXXX XXXX during which mobile phone service did not workcould not make calls nor sent text msgs. I was billed approximately {$560.00} for this month and disputed charges. I was willing to pay {$150.00} of the bill and I did so. My credit card company also looked into the matter and agreed with paying only {$150.00}. Now I am receiving notices from a debt collector Professional Credit Services saying {$490.00} is owed. I will not pay this!!
