Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I hope you find this letter in good health and good spirits. I am writing to ask for your help in getting a closed account reported to my credit reports. This account has never been negative. However, it has been 30 business days since I paid off my Home Loan and Nationstar/Mr.Cooper has not submitted my updated credit report since XXXX. I know this because I have contacted XXXX and that is the information, they gave me and to call Mr. Cooper, which I did. In addition to Mr. Cooper not updating my credit report since XXXX, the balances have not helped my score increase. I have worked hard to maintain my credit and I do appreciate Mr. Cooper for assisting me in my financial hardships at the beginning of 2022. I have maintained all of my payments with NationStar/Mr.Cooper and paid off the full account balance. I am asking now that my credit be updated immediately so that I may resume improving my credit and continuing my positive creditworthiness. Thank you so much for your attention to this prompt matter.
