This is my THIRD attempt with ProCollect and i have already proven them inaccurate. First, they had a FRAUD lease on their record with my name on it at a place i have never lived or been. I told them this, they said, to me and the CFPB, " we have a debt with your name on it, AH HA, its YOURS ''. SO i went around them, filed a police report, an FTC ID Theft Report to prove it was NOT mine and i was in the right. Sent them all that, they still tried to con me. The bureaus blocked it as ID Theft which i had proof it was. Then they have a second debt with my name on it. This place, i ACTUALLY lived but i fulfilled my lease obligations, as proven by the documentation presented. I have the lease that PROCOLLECT SENT ME, and i have bank statements PROVING i moved out when i said i did and fulfilled my lease obligations. Understanding however, that when you move out of an apartment, there may be some fees owed ( last water bill, if something is broken, etc. ) i asked ProCollect to submit to me a fee schedule showing how much i owed. They sent me one ( attached ) that was so small i could not read it under a magnifying lense. They have the wrong amount due, if ANY, and have not provided me this information intentionally because they are not a decent company. I even called them because they are intentionally doing this and tried to pay the full balance over the phone, i could actually see what i owed for, and they said they would call me back, and then brought up the identity theft which, clearly the FTC and the police department agreed i had nothing to do with. PROCOLLECT needs to send me a fee schedule, since they can not prove anything at all, and they know it, that i can read so i can possibly pay what i actually owe, if anything, and we can move past this and stop acting like children.
