I have repeatedly have been sending a 609 letter to both XXXX and Experian for the charge off accounts for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they have yet to remove these charge offs that have 1099 being sent and they fail to do the work to verify and then sent me letters saying they were verified when in fact these account have been deemed charge off and they have already been paid and I have been taxed on these accounts. I have repeatedly reached out and to no avail have they removed these accounts and how can an account that is considered income be reported and is against fcra regulations and violates the law set forth for these actions
