Citizensbank. Opened an online account and deposited {$510.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. After several days, was unable to log into the online account. Called Citizensbank and was transferred to tech support, which took an hour to answer. At this point, I was told the account was closed and that I would be receiving a check for the initial {$510.00} deposit within 10 business days. After 10 business days had passed on XX/XX/XXXX, I still had not received the check. At this point, I called and was told the account was not closed but that the bank had chosen not to continue business with me but provided no reason. I was told once again a check would most likely be coming. I was given no specifics on when that check would arrive or tracking information or anything. I was then told I would again not be able to get online access to simply withdraw my own money.
