Consumer Narrative
Discover card is running payment through twice and then charging a {$41.00} fee. So I dont think thats fair at all so they run it once and then if it fails then they running through again and then they still charge a fee even if the payment will clear. I feel this is outrageous so it should be either one of the other either dont charged a fee or dont run the payment through twice. I called customer service and of course they just make excuses and say its policy. XXXX XXXX charges a fee of only {$29.00} so the fees too high and they shouldnt be charging the fee twice if the payment successfully.
