I applied to finance an XXXX online on XX/XX/XXXX and the bank that XXXX uses, XXXX XXXX XXXX uses Equifax to check consumer credit reports for the applications. I was denied the application on XXXX occasions for the reason of, " APPLICATION INFORMATION DOES NOT MATCH CREDIT REPORT ''. I then called the Equifax customer service line to try and get help. I was told I had to use their online dispute service to correct the information. I filed XXXX dispute with pictures of the front and back of both my social security card and my driver 's license. The claim returned to me stating that the information in their system was showing correctly. I filed another dispute with just the pictures of my social security card hoping that it would be more clear, but the results returned the same. After these instances, I called the hotline again and was told to send photo copies of my social security card and driver 's license to their consumer information services to be corrected in their physical location and that it would be fixed within 5-7 business days. I mailed this information XXXX weeks ago and the information still has not been corrected.
