Its been over 30 days and the creditor has not updated the information nor has provided proof or documentation in regards to a late payment, they have not supplied this information and they must delete the alleged late payments on my credit report. Under federal law they have 30 days to complete the investigation and by failing to do so the items must be deleted from the report soon as possible
