I am contacting you about the compromising of my social security number. I am a victim of Identity Theft, a account and these fraudulent inquiries were made without my consent. I already filed a Identity theft FTC report # XXXX which is attached. Please remove these fraudulent inquiries and account off my credit report, and send me an updated copy of my credit report. The following items do not belong to me and is a result of fraud that I did not authorize : XXXX. The inquiry was not authorized XXXX XXXX XXXX of Inquiry : XX/XX/ Please remove it from my credit report. 2 This account should not be reporting on my credit report XXXX XXXX ( account number XXXX Please remove all information resulting from Identity Theft pursuant to FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. & 1681 c-2 ) which states that these accounts must be removed within 4 Business Days of receipt. Also, please send an updated copy of my credit report to the above address. According to the act, there shall be no charge for this updated report.
