I am contacting you about the compromising of my social security number. I am a victim of Identity Theft, a account and these fraudulent inquiries were made without my consent. I already filed a Identity theft FTC report # XXXX which is attached. Please remove these fraudulent inquiries and account off my credit report, and send me an updated copy of my credit report. The following items do not belong to me and is a result of fraud that I did not authorize : XXXX. The inquiry was not authorized XXXX XXXX XXXXDate of Inquiry : XXXX Please remove it from my credit report.
