I opened a Chime account on XX/XX/XXXX and was able to login and do everything. I initiated the first deposit and shortly after received an email from the company that my account was locked. I had previously verified my identity by submitting the front and back of the drivers license. Yet, they wanted this again so I took another photo with my phone of the drivers license, social security card and a utility bill. They then keep coming back stating they need a clearer picture with different background. I even uploaded a photo using a flatbed scanner at XXXX and all were perfectly readable. They are fraudulently stating that they need clearer photos and refuse to unlock my account. I want to be able to get my money out and can not do so while the account is locked. Please help.
