when i finally got my credit usage to below 50 % after paying it down for over a year, they lowered my credit limit to what my current balance was, making my credit usage 100 % and losing me XXXX points on my XXXX XXXX. when i paid half of the remaining balance to once again get it below 50 % usage, my XXXX XXXX goes down another XXXX points because grain reports that my account is closed, which it was *not*. i still had the option to close my account on the app. due to this and many other grievances i have with this company, i just paid off the entire thing on XX/XX/XXXX. ive disputed the account twice since then because they are still reporting that i owe them 45 % of my credit usage, to this day. i literally did the right things paying my debt and my credit went DOWN that is so not fair i waited so long.
