I received my detailed credit report XX/XX/2023 and notice there were hard inquiries that do not have permissible purpose being on my credit report. These inquiries are hurting me as a consumer. I contacted Experian, XXXX, XXXX to remove the inquiries on my credit report, after multiple attempt to informed Experian that the inquiries were not approved by me, and I had no knowledge of applying/approving hard inquiry, Experian, XXXX, XXXX still refuses to remove the hard inquiries. Experian has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681b. I am requesting Experian to remove the inquiries ASAP.
