Well I had spoken with them 55 days ago stating that I was trying to get caught up on my loan. I told the rep that I could pay XXXX dollars and hopefully have the rest of the payment to them in the following 2 weeks. The rep said ok, I will note your account and you shouldbe fine. Everyday leading up to and prior to that if I was one day late they would call me at 7 times a day, even though I had already spoken to some, they would not leave voicemails they would just call back to back numerous times. So my payments are due the XXXX of every month, I had the car for 2 years was pretty good at making my payments on time. Now comes the morning of XX/XX/XXXX. I wake up to no car in my driveway. Mind you I had already spoken to westlake financial about my loan. I told them I would be getting caught up when I had gotten paid. My payment was XXXX a month. The website said I owed XXXX to get caught up. When I called them to inquire about getting my car back they wanted XXXX dollars, they couldn't even explain to me why they wanted much! And to top it off they couldn't guarantee when I would get my car back if I paid that! Fast forward to Saturday XX/XX/XXXX, I just recieved in the mail from XX/XX/XXXX a letter about me being seriously delinquent on my loan. I just want justice for myself and everyone else who has been tricked or robbed by this company and thier in my eyes messed up practices. Thank you for your time and hopefully I can get this resolved.
