I have been a victim of identity theft with XXXX XXXX. I went to go check my consumer report and saw there was a late payment with an account thats on my credit profile that doesn't belong to me. That account is with XXXX XXXX as a credit card titled XXXX XXXX XXXX FROM XXXX XXXX with a balance of {$4800.00}. This card does not belong to me and is fraudulent. I submitted my FTC REPORT on XX/XX/2023 and sent out to XXXX, XXXX AND EXPERIAN ON THE SAME DAY, it is XX/XX/XXXX today and I have yet to hear back from XXXX, XXXX AND EXPERIAN. This fraudulent account is causing me financial injury as I try to keep up with my consumer report and I have been denied getting a home loan.
