Received card as a XXXX present, it was loaded with {$500.00} XXXX, and given to us on XXXX. When trying to activate the card the site, XXXX, said there was an issue with the card and to call customer service, XXXX after several attempt and hold time of 30 minutes plus we got to talk to an agent each time only to put us on hold to " investigate '' and then would drop the call shortly after. Attempted to escalate to supervisor and was disconnected after the agent stated they did " do that ''. The agent confirmed that the funds were loaded, there was no transactions, and the balance was XXXX. No help to resolve this issue from the company and horrid customer service.
