I am filling a complaint on Wilshire consumer Credit address XXXX XXXX XXXX. # XXXX XXXX XXXX, ca XXXX Number- XXXX. I have been contacting this company to prove the validation of this debt under section 1692g. and they have yet to do that. They are reporting this debt on my credit and that is identity theft and at this point im able to sur under section 1692 up to 1,000 dollars for each fraudulent account being reported on my credit and can also get them for unfair practices under the section 1692f also section 1692 d.harassment or abuse and section 1692c. communication in connection with debt collector. They are very rude and disrespectful to consumers and I can prove everything im saying with voice recordings from them directly that I have recorded. They hang up on consumers, they threaten consumers, they talk over consumers while the consumer is just trying to get information on the so called debt in their names. This is against the law under the Equal credit opportunity act and fair debt collection practices act. I have asked this company to cease contact with me because this account they have was did fraudulently and they are still contacting and harassing me. They have not provided me with the original documents that was made on this account I would like copies of all documents they obtained in making this false debt. That is the law and they are required by the law to provide this information and have not. They are breaking the law!! When I called to see what was this in my name they then changed the information on this account to my real information when I first called because I was unaware of what the debt was and gave them my address so they could send me the binding contract with my signature and my identification and instead of them sending me the information they are trying to get more of my information so they can add it to this fraudulent account that is not mines. I want this account out my name and all information on it or I will be pursuing a lawsuit under these sections which is my right and I should actually do now because I have given them the 30 days as the law has stated I can
