XX/XX/XXXX I opened an account with money network.I sell mattresses with XXXX XXXX in Nevada, temper-sealy payes spiffs. I had XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. I checked in on my account and money network said they closed it because they needed more information.they said that I was informed through the mail.I never received a letter.then I was told they sent a check for the account. A couple of months later I called saying I never received check.I was told they would issue a new check, they sent me a email showing date of issue and check number.again I have never received the check. I've called at least twenty timesXXXX number is a XXXX call center.they put me on hold for a long time without picking up.when I do get through they tell me nothing about what is going on. One supervisor was honest and told me funds are still on hold, she said your not the only one.when I email them email comes back mailbox full. Please Help
