In accordance with Fair Credit Reporting Act Everything has to be 100 % accurate in my credit report The credit bureaus stated that my account was properly investigated but how is this possible when there are unauthorized hard inquiries, data sets related to inputting of accounts were not metro 2 compliant, data listed is mismatched compared to other credits and my request for account verification was dismissed. This is grounds for removal and they also violated my rights under : 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 ( a ) requires accuracy and fairness of credit reporting. 15 U.S.C 1681b section 604 ( a ) ( 2 ) permissible purposes of consumer report - In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. 15 U.S.C 1681g section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) Disclosures to consumers - Information on file ; sources ; report recipients. Every consumer reporting agency shall, upon request, and subject to 610 ( a ) ( 1 ) [ 1681h ], clearly and accurately disclose to the consumer : All information in the consumers file at the time of the request.
