I have received your notice that you have bought the alleged debt. Once again you are impersonating a creditor. If XXXX stated NCB MANAGEMENT bought the debt and RISECREDIT closed account and removed from their system you bought the debt wouldnt that be considered your debt you are liable for. Your company not only bought the debt but obtained my personal information without MY permission. I do not know you neither went into business with you. This is identity fraud. I am the grantor of the credit I extend my credit which makes me the? I have a right to privacy in my personal transaction! You are damaging my credit! You did not send me a request to access my credit account neither did I give you MY personal information. Your company has my personal, private information that should only be obtained if I give the company the right to do so. You are NOT a company I ever did business with. I will file a IRS 3949a form on NCB AS WELL AS XXXX AND XXXX for not doing a proper investigation and not getting my consent to furnish fraudulent information to my credit account. Do your company read laws on securitization and XXXX ACCOUNTING? This is redundant and I have sent multiple notices to you to cease and desist all collection activities and remove from my report due to identity theft because I did not give you my personal information which means you got the information fraudulently. XXXX is in violation as well for selling my personal information to an unknown 3RD PARTY. You are not the creditor neither did I give NCB management my information. XXXX closed this account you bought the debt YOU are liable! I DO NOT KNOW YOU OR YOUR COMPANY thats damaging my consumer report! Have you read the privacy act, or fair debt collect practice act even ftc laws! You are in violation and could face criminal charges if you proceed! I did NOT do business with you so you shouldnt have my PERSONAL information! Thats identity theft and impersonating a creditor is fraud! YOUR COMPANY JUST SENT ME A LETTER STATING A data breach in your system. NOT ONLY DID YOU OBTAIN MY INFORMATION WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT NOW YOU HAVE PUT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AT RISK DUE TO YOUR COMPANY NEGLIGENCE!
