On XX/XX/XXXX, I returned few items to XXXX store, and they refunded to my Discover debit card ending XXXX, which was closed back in XXXX. Bank has confirmed that even though the old debit card was closed, the refund should come thru to my checking account that was tied to the old debit card. After few weeks, I still did not see the refund on my checking account, so I contacted the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and they confirmed that the refund was made to the debit card ending XXXX and provided me with the transaction detail receipt from their system and asked me to contact the bank directly. I have contacted my Discover bank XXXX time to investigate the refund not depositing to my bank account, but they have not contacted me yet.
