Caliber homes loans requires 40 days to post mortgage payments to consumers account. Caliber home loans does not communicate this with the credit department within the caliber home loans institution. This harmful behavior causes the consumer credit report to be ruin. My XXXX payment is in the possession of caliber home loan and has yet to be posted in the month of XXXX. Caliber says they will post when they get to it and fix credit later. This is a horrible response. This is a careless response for the consumers.
