I have contacted Experian several times about the inability to access my account, the reporting of inaccurate information, and the removal of an inquiry I did not authorize. I have sent letters, spoke on the phone, and submitted online disputes through a 3rd party. I have not received any information or proof of owing certain debts. Also, disputes have been pending over the 45 allowable days with no response. XXXX XXXX XXXX is inaccurately reporting late payments for XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX is inaccurately reporting late payments and balance owed. The late payments are from XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. The account was closed and paid. XXXX XXXX is inaccurately reporting a late payment in XX/XX/XXXX and balance owing. This account was paid and this dispute has been pending over 45 days. XXXX is reporting a late payment and I disputed this account for inaccurate information and it has been pending for over 45 days. XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX has been in dispute for fraud for over 45 days. I have received no information about this account, not even debt validation or accurate reporting to so it is mine. I have asked them to remove an inquiry from XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX because I have not authorized any application from this retailer. These mistakes has a direct effect on my ability to receive loans and credit at a lower rate. I have been denied on occasions because of inaccurate information on my credit report.
