I'm reaching out to your company because I am seeking assistance with having the credit bureaus do their due diligence in rectifying discrepancies found on my credit reports. This issue is has been escalated because the companies are failing to do their job. In XX/XX/2023, I initiated factual dispute letters on behalf of myself to XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and Experian. The letters contained detailed information and facts to support my claim of an accuracies on my credit report The accounts that I disputed were the Department XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. All of these accounts are reporting inaccurate information to the three credit bureaus which is detrimental to my financial health. Previously I have submitted disputes but I am encountering the same results with each bureau as they are claiming to have done investigations in which the information is verified through templated responses. However, I challenge that as incorrect/not legitimate as it only takes a quick look at the reports, l to see that something is amiss. They have a responsibility to reports verified, fair and accurate information and they are not doing so. I also reached out to the creditors and they are unable to provide assistance. I did receive correspondence from the bureaus and I will attach it in the attachments section of this complaint form.
