This company Calvary Portfolio Services obtain a credit file that has my name on it but the information submitted is that of another XXXX XXXX who was in the XXXX and I was never in the XXXX... some of the dates corresponds with the time I was in the hospital and I recall seeing this about 10+ years ago at which time I disputed it. I tried calling them and the number they provided was a non-working telephone. They tried taking me to court for over {$6300.00} and when I arrived at court XX/XX/23 they never showed up and it was not on the courts calendar yet it has been difficult to have it vacated. I sent a letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( assignment lawyer ) but she has not responded ..they assured me she will. Meanwhile, Calvary Portofolio and XXXX ( this is not the correct spelling it's close but the other name used is located in XXXX XXXX, NJ This is not mine and I would like it removed from my credit file and charges filed against them. I did not have money to take these people to court otherwise I would have.
