All prior month and lastly XX/XX/XXXX Balance on XXXX XXXX was reported to all credit agencies including Transunion. Transunion had been reporting the correct balance up until XX/XX/XXXX of {$5000.00} Transunion then reported the new updated balance of {$220.00} on XX/XX/XXXX Transunion on XX/XX/XXXX removed the XX/XX/XXXX correct balance which then dropped my credit score by XXXX points I called on XX/XX/XXXX to file a dispute, called again on XX/XX/XXXX to check the status and was told they do not have a dispute for me. Filed another dispute of the balance on XX/XX/XXXX stating the balance is incorrect with XXXX XXXX. I contacted the creditor XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and they have provided the balance to Transunion every month, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX but they have refused to update the correct balance. As of now, their investigation is completed and they still have not corrected the balance with XXXX XXXX which should be {$290.00} and not {$5000.00} as they have listed.
