In XXXX of XXXX XXXX Kia XXXX was financed thru Kia Finance. The car was totaled XXXX XXXX In the month of XXXX the car was paid in full by the insurance company and the extended service contract provider. i also purchased gap insurance. On XXXX XXXX the gap insurance refund was issued to the Kia store east. Kia store east sent the refund in the amount of {$1000.00}. The amount was then supposed to be forwarded to me since the loan had been paid in full since XX/XX/XXXX. It has taken me since XX/XX/XXXX till XX/XX/XXXX to receive the information where the money was. I contacted Kia Finance on XX/XX/XXXX, they claimed that they mailed the refund check in XXXX. I never received the check. Kia finance then searched to see if the check had been cashed .It had not been and was still Outstanding. XX/XX/XXXX they canceled the check and said they were reissuing the check in 7-10 business days. i called back XX/XX/XXXX still in process and to give them additional 7-10 days to recieve payment I called XX/XX/XXXX, they claimed the check has still not been issued. I feel now they are giving me the run around because every time i call different story
