From XXXX to XXXX I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX on my hand. I never reciev a bill even though I requested an itemized bill several times. They failed to properly file with my insurance company. XXXX XXXX i recieved a collection ntice for {$2000.00}. I called the hospital and was told it is now too late to file correctly on the insurance. Once again I requested an itemized bill - they emailed me an " itemized bill '' which is incomplete list of all visits I made and payments I have made at time of services. I have been out of work since XX/XX/2023 and currently have no income.
