I have never been late on payments for this account ( XXXX installment loan, acct # XXXX ). Please investigate and provide me accurate proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof cant be provided I sincerely ask these payments be updated to On Time as they should be being that I was never late. Thanks for your time handling this matter.
