I have requested repeatedly for the company XXXX XXXX and also XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion to validate the debt that keeps sending to me claiming that I owe. I have since sought legal counsel since my requests are going ignored which is a violation of my rights as a consumer. This company XXXX XXXX is not licensed to collect in the State of Tennessee. I have asked for them to repeatedly send their licensing information to prove that they are licensed to be contacting me about paying a debt. I have also asked all 3 credit bureaus to validate this debt. I can tell that a proper validation was not done because if they did they would know that this company can not pursue debt buyer and debt collection activities in my state of residence which is Tennessee.
