I was not aware of ever having an account with XXXX or with XXXX. I was the victim of identify theft and these are not my debts. I AM currently paying for and responsible for an account with XXXX ( via Comenity Bank ), and have set up a payment plan to pay that closed debt off over the next five years. These other two account are not mine- I have received nothing in the mail ( bills, statements, etc. ).
