I made a purchase on XX/XX/30 for to an attorney for XXXX USD and Amex never returned the credit for the voided transaction. As of XX/XX/XXXX the monies was pending crediting to my account and now the transaction of the monies are completely wiped out /deleted from my account history and is not listed in my statement or any documentation that the monies has provided to me. Amex kept my money and decreased my limit and did not provide my XXXX back to my account.. In addition Amex baited and lied to me when I accepted the Amex platinum business and blue card. I had an Amex platinum card set at no limit now Amex has decreased my limit without warning or rationale for all of my card. Without reason since I pay more than what is owed on my account and I am never late. However when I received my business card the limit was first XXXX then less than 30 days it was XXXX and has been decreasing my credit ever since without reason. I pay the fees and charges on time and have never been late. Amex falsely advised me to spend XXXX on the business card to earn XXXX but afterwards decreased my limit as a penalty to their incentive for me to spend. ALL of my cards now have reduced limits and does not allow me to use any of my cards to the full limit. Amex never advised me if I got any credit card that they would reduce my limits and treat it like it was one card even if I pay my credit cards on time. Amex is intentionally abusing my rights as a credit card holder by forcing me to 3 cc from Amex as one overall account like they have are tied together and only have one limit. I have neve4r had this done I have a XXXX account and the limit is XXXX they do not reduce the limit if I spend XXXX on my freedom card but Amex does this without warning or a transparency. Amex also attempted to us info from my bank accounts without my authorization to create a profile on me and my business and falsely categorized my spend from one business account as a source for all of my business activity. Amex mislead me as a customer my offering Amex cards and then reducing my overall credit amount after I accepted the offer, IN addition amex does not allow me to modify my payment when I initiate payment if an error occurred. On more than one occasion a payment was initiated that could not be reversed, deleted or modified because Amex had locked this feature from my account. So if I make an error Amex freezes my account and uses it as an excuse to lock all of my accounts while charging me for services that I have no access to. Amex is racist they took advantage of a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and made our credit fluidity restrictive by using false and misleading practices to have me spend money and then penalized me after I spent the money by reducing my credit limit even though I have never been late and often pay above the minimum amount due!!
