Recently, I did an investigation on my credit report which caused severe XXXX upon me and found unverifiable, invalidated, inaccurate and questionable items that your agency did not make sure it was reporting 100 % correct. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. XXXX XXXX XXXX have violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instruction. 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. In lieu of the disputed information, you willfully failed to conduct a reasonable investigation of my dispute because [ Whatever verbiage they used in their response letter to you ]. However, your excuse or assumption is a not valid reason under the FCRA to not reinvestigate my dispute. Note, you have not made any reasonable determination that my dispute was frivolous or irrelevant. Nor have you sent me a notice of such determination that complies with the FCRA. Furthermore, I directly dispute the completeness and or accuracy of information contained in my consumer file. As per the FCRA, your failure to reinvestigate is an intentional and/or negligent FCRA violation . As a consumer, by law my credit report must be made 100 % accurate immediately by the credit reporting agencies updating and delete the account listed in my dispute I noticed that ( reinserted account ) has been added back after deletion. I disputed the inaccuracy of this account before and the account was removed. I am confused as to why this item has popped back up on my credit report. Under the FCRA ( Fair Credit Reporting Act ) an item can not be reinserted onto my credit report without written notice by a credit bureau to me within five business days of the reinsertion. I have received no such notice and formally request this item to be deleted again as this is a violation of my rights.
