I was a victim of identity theft and have provided these documents multiple times. There is ONE account that shows up in collections that should not be there ( for {$140.00} ). As a result, I was recently denied a mortgage with NFCU when I have 100 % payment history and have no delinquent/derogatory debt as advised in the letter. All of my accounts are paid as agreed. I dont know what the bank is looking at to make this decision since I dont see it and would not think a home loan would face denial for {$140.00}. This adverse action is affecting my quality of life!!! Additionally, Medical collections/debts should not be showing up on my credit report.
