On two accounts on my credit report, I have late payments due to having XXXX and I was unable to work. Therefore I was late making payments on time. I explained this to all 3 credit agencies but they denied my request to have them removed. The account are XXXX and XXXX XXXX. On XXXX I was late XX/XX/2022 and XXXX XX/XX/2022. I asks that these late payment be updated as pay as agreed and never late. In accordance with the fair credit Reporting act XXXX Account # XXXX, has violated my rights. 15 USC 1681 Section 602 States I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1666B : A creditor may not treat payment on a credit card account ur open end consumer credit plan as I purpose.
