I legally changed my name on XXXX. I initially sent all documents to all 3 reporting agencies in XXXX after my legal name change was finished in the courts. My identity was changed at XXXX and XXXX. Equifax has yet to change any of my personal information in the time frame of 12 years. I am currently trying to get finances for medical reasons and am being denied a loan due to identity discrepancies across the reporting agencies. ( XXXX, XXXX, Equifax ) I contacted Equifax by phone most recently on XXXX. I spoke with XXXX XXXX, I was told to open an account online using the name XXXX XXXX XXXX and upload the court documents and a copy of my passport to get my name changed. I uploaded the requested documents for dispute # XXXX. The request for name change was denied stating that more documents need to be submitted. At this point I am uncomfortable sending more information about my identity to Equifax. I have on multiple occasions sent documentation over the last 11 years to no results on my identity change. I have tried on multiple occasions over the last 12 years to get this resolved with Equifax. I now have every reason to believe that this is discrimination due to my gender identity and it is now costing me substantial amounts of money and affecting the outcomes of my heath prognosis and future. I XXXX XXXX XXXX would greatly appreciate a look into this matter so that I can finally have the dignity and respect to get the financial and medical care that I deserve and need.
